Our Policies

Appointments

To ensure a time that works with your schedule, we suggest scheduling your treatments at least 6-8 weeks in advance. When booking an appointment, we need your First and Last Name, DOB, Phone, Email and CC info.

 *Customer’s CC is not charged prior to the appointment, although there are cancellation and no-show fees of $100.00.

Lateness

We understand that our customers may sometimes run late. If the patient is 15 minutes or more behind schedule, we may have to cancel or shorten your service to accommodate other patients.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that emergencies can happen. However, should you choose to not show up or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, the necessary charges will apply.

Refunds and Product Returns

No refunds will be granted after services have been rendered. There are no refunds or returns for the purchased products.
