Founder & CEO, RN. BSN
Julija DiMante is the founder of Diamond Advanced Aesthetics. She is a board-certified Registered Nurse. Julija is a skilled injector and well known in the medical aesthetics industry for producing natural, transformative results. She founded Diamond Advanced Aesthetics two years ago and has personally educated hundreds of medical providers in the aesthetics community. Julija is a consultant, and a master trainer for Suneva Medical as well as a speaker for Candela. She is proactive, detail-oriented, and constantly trying to learn, grow, and improve her aesthetic skills. Julija loves working in this industry and has a passion for helping her patients feel confident while preserving their natural beauty.
ANNA BOGUSLAVSKAYA
Aesthetic Injector, RN
Anna, a Registered Nurse in New York State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, boasts over 15 years of diverse experience in the medical field. Her lifelong ambition to serve as a nurse is evident as she shares her passion with patients. Graduating alongside Julija from Nursing School, Anna transitioned into aesthetics, specializing in a range of treatments including neuromodulator injections, PRFM therapies, VI Peels, Candela Etwo, Light and Bright treatments, Microneedling, and Hydrafacials.
Known for her gentle approach, Anna ensures these procedures are virtually painless. Her dedication to PRFM treatments stems from personal experience with hair loss, fostering empathy and meticulous care for her patients. Anna continually advances her skills through professional training with industry leaders and stays updated on cutting-edge techniques through conferences. Fluent in both English and Russian, Anna provides personalized care to a diverse clientele.
YANA RYZHAKOVA, DNP
Medical Director/ Doctor of Nursing Practice
Dr. Yana Ryzhakova is a Board Certified Doctor of Nursing Practice. Dr. Ryzhakova brings comprehensive perspective to health care providing unique emphasis on the health and well-being of the whole person. With a focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and health education and counseling, she guides patients in making smarter health and lifestyle choices, which in turn can improve patients health and overall well-being. Dr. Ryzhakova’s key areas of focus are on medical and cosmetic dermatology, skin rejuvenation, and functional medicine. She strives to help patients meet their personal goals by listening to their own desires and shape an individually tailored treatment plan.
Dr. Ryzhakova continuously advances her training and certifications to integrate the newest and most up-to-date techniques into her everyday practice. Dr. Ryzhakova provides comprehensive aesthetic and medical services for patients of all ages, including facial and body rejuvenation using PRP technique, no-scar aesthetic face and body thread lifting, neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, medical weight loss, mole/skin tag removal, acne treatment, mesotherapy, hyperhidrosis treatment, sclerotherapy, non-invasive lipo reduction of face and body, anti-cellulite treatment, hormone replacement therapy, and treatment of sexual dysfunction.
Dr. Ryzhakova enjoys spending quality time with her family and is a mom of three wonderful boys.
Ron Khutoretsky
Aesthetic Injector, BSN
Ronald is a Registered Nurse, graduating with honors from NYU Rory Meyers School of Nursing in New York City with his Bachelor of Nursing and Brooklyn College in New York City with his Bachelor of Business Administration. Ronald has over 4 years of experience in medical aesthetics. He started as a medical assistant while in nursing school and became a Certified Aesthetic Injector upon graduation.
Ronald believes in highly personalized treatments designed to make each patient feel more beautiful and confident. He is highly detail-oriented and a perfectionist, which is evident in his work and his bedside manner. Ronald is highly skilled at neurotoxin and hyaluronic acid filler injections, skin tightening treatments, laser resurfacing treatments, hair restoration PRP, and chemical peels. Ronald constantly attends training seminars to enhance his skills and learn new techniques to deliver the best results for his patients.
When Ronald is not injecting, he works on the prestigious 14S Medical-Surgical Amenities Unit at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Hospital. Ronald takes care of acutely ill medicine patients as well as post-surgical patients. His extensive medical experience puts all his patients in great hands, as they can be assured that they are being treated by an experienced professional.
When Ronald is not working, he loves to go to the gym, explore new restaurants in the city, and spend time with his family.
Rochelle Gakin
General Manager
Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology, bringing a unique blend of scientific understanding and compassionate care to Diamond Advanced Aesthetics.
Before joining our team, Rochelle honed her skills at a multi-billion dollar global consulting firm, where she developed a keen insight into effective administrative and management strategies.
Her journey in skin health began during her four years at a dermatology clinic, where she assisted with skin cancer surgeries, biopsies, and pre- and post-operative care. This experience deepened her commitment to promoting skin health and wellness.
Outside of work, Rochelle is an avid world traveler with a passion for Latin ballroom dancing. She enjoys skiing, gardening, and spending time with her husband, family, and pets.
Rochelle is excited to lead the dedicated team at Diamond Advanced Aesthetics, where exceptional client care is the top priority!

Nicole is a BSN prepared RN of 9 years who has worked with cardiovascular surgery patients, surgical oncology patients, infusions and most recently in emergency medicine. One of the aspects she loves most about having a nursing career is how versatile the field can be. Medical assistant by day and emergency nurse by night Nicole does it all. As a self proclaimed skin care junkie Nicole takes a genuine interest in aesthetics and is eager to learn from the best in the industry. Nicole has a very calming demeanor and contagious smile. She may be new to aesthetics but she comes with years of experience administering injections and medications to patients of all ages. Nicole is no stranger to hard work and close attention to detail. She prides herself on giving great hugs and being able to get an IV on even the hardest of veins.
