Founder & CEO, RN. BSN
Julija DiMante is the founder of Diamond Advanced Aesthetics. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner. Julija is a skilled cosmetic injector and well known in the medical aesthetics industry for producing natural, transformative results. She founded Diamond Advanced Aesthetics 2 years ago and has personally educated hundreds of medical providers in the aesthetics community. Julija is a consultant, and master trainer, for Suneva Medical as well as a speaker for Candela. She is proactive, detail-oriented, and constantly trying to learn, grow, and improve her aesthetic skills. Julija loves working in this industry and has a passion for helping her patients become the best form of themselves.
ANNA BOGUSLAVSKAYA, RN
Anna is a New York State Registered Nurse and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She has over 15 years of experience in different areas of the medical field. Anna always knew she wanted to be a nurse and is now sharing her love for it with her patients. Anna graduated Nursing School with Julija and joined Julija in the path of aesthetics.
Anna specializes in neuromodulator injections, PRFM treatments, chemical peels, such as VI Peel and PRX -T33, Candela Etwo treatments, Candela Light and Bright treatments, Candela Microneedling, and Hydrafacials. Her soft touch is what makes these procedures virtually pain-free. Anna has a passion for PRFM due to a history of hair loss. Understanding the stress and self-consciousness that is caused by hair loss makes Anna caring and attentive to her patients.
Anna has many professional trainings with leading providers in the industry and is always continuing her education in new procedures by attending conferences. Anna is bilingual in English and Russian.
YANA RYZHAKOVA, DNP
Medical Director/ Doctor of Nursing Practice
Dr. Yana Ryzhakova is a Board Certified Doctor of Nursing Practice. Dr. Ryzhakova brings comprehensive perspective to health care providing unique emphasis on the health and well-being of the whole person. With a focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and health education and counseling, she guides patients in making smarter health and lifestyle choices, which in turn can improve patients health and overall well-being. Dr. Ryzhakova’s key areas of focus are on medical and cosmetic dermatology, skin rejuvenation, and functional medicine. She strives to help patients meet their personal goals by listening to their own desires and shape an individually tailored treatment plan.
Dr. Ryzhakova continuously advances her training and certifications to integrate the newest and most up-to-date techniques into her everyday practice. Dr. Ryzhakova provides comprehensive aesthetic and medical services for patients of all ages, including facial and body rejuvenation using PRP technique, no-scar aesthetic face and body thread lifting, neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, medical weight loss, mole/skin tag removal, acne treatment, mesotherapy, hyperhidrosis treatment, sclerotherapy, non-invasive lipo reduction of face and body, anti-cellulite treatment, hormone replacement therapy, and treatment of sexual dysfunction.
Dr. Ryzhakova enjoys spending quality time with her family and is a mom of three wonderful boys.

Nicole is a BSN prepared RN of 9 years who has worked with cardiovascular surgery patients, surgical oncology patients, infusions and most recently in emergency medicine. One of the aspects she loves most about having a nursing career is how versatile the field can be. Medical assistant by day and emergency nurse by night Nicole does it all. As a self proclaimed skin care junkie Nicole takes a genuine interest in aesthetics and is eager to learn from the best in the industry. Nicole has a very calming demeanor and contagious smile. She may be new to aesthetics but she comes with years of experience administering injections and medications to patients of all ages. Nicole is no stranger to hard work and close attention to detail. She prides herself on giving great hugs and being able to get an IV on even the hardest of veins. As the newest member of the Diamond Advanced Aesthetic’s family Nicole is looking forward to being a part of your next Glow up!
